Gail is a Jesus-loving, gospel-spreading word nerd who feels most at home with a book in one hand and a keyboard under the other. When she’s not reading or writing, you’ll find her soaking up the sun and ocean air in her beach-town community, traveling (often to Scotland, where she has a second home), or making memories with family. Her favorite and most joy-filled role in her life is being “Grammy” to three precious granddaughters.

As a Christian author, teacher, speaker and women’s Bible study leader, Gail is passionate about God’s Word and sharing the gospel through her writing and Seasons Under the Son ministry. Her mission is to encourage and equip women to walk closely with Jesus and find meaning and purpose in every season. Combining her love of the written word with her faith in Jesus fulfills a childhood dream to use her spiritual gifts to glorify God.

Gail is currently working on a new Bible study, Fully Redeemed, about eight women in the Old Testament, which follows Fully Devoted, her debut Bible study about eight women in the New Testament who risked everything to follow Jesus.

Gail holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in journalism. To support her many adventures, she teaches college-level writing and media studies courses part time. Gail and her husband live in Southern California where they are active members of their local church.
